**What products do you carry?**

We carry tonneau covers (hard folding, soft roll-up and retractable), truck bed liners (spray-on, drop-in and DIY kits), toolboxes and storage, and truck bed accessories such as extenders, steps, headache racks and cargo nets.

**Will these products fit my truck?**

Each product page lists compatible makes, models and years. If you are unsure, email info@truckbedshop.com with your year, make, model and bed length and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

**Do I need an account to order?**

No. Guest checkout lets you order without creating an account.

**What payment methods do you accept?**

You can pay by Zelle, Apple Pay, bank transfer or crypto. Pay with crypto and save 10% on orders of $500 or more.

**Is there a minimum order?**

Yes. The minimum order is $300.

**What is your free shipping threshold?**

Orders over $1,000 ship free to the US and Canada. Shipping on orders under $1,000 is a flat $100, added to your invoice.

**How long does delivery take?**

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, and expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

**What is your return policy?**

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Spray-on liner services, custom-cut products and installed items cannot be returned. See the shipping and returns page for the full policy.

**How do I track my order?**

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also email info@truckbedshop.com with your order number for a status update.

**How do I contact support?**

Email info@truckbedshop.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
